Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, fundraising, or sales.
• Proven track record of securing and managing significant corporate partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities with senior corporate executives.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related business or marketing field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring high engagement and retention.
• Develop and present tailored partnership proposals and pitches to potential donors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver impactful CSR initiatives.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
• Organize and execute corporate engagement events in the Vereeniging area.
• Track partnership performance, analyze ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
• Represent the organization at corporate networking events and industry conferences.
• Stay informed about CSR trends and opportunities relevant to donors.
• Contribute to the fundraising and business development strategy of the organization.
