The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations and a strong background in project or venture work, with excellent MS Office 365 and Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years’ experience managing initiatives in an operations environment (essential).
• Strong background in operations, projects, or new ventures (essential).
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication to senior stakeholders (essential).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel (essential).

Aufgaben

• Communicate operational processes and procedures to all stakeholders.
• Identify issues in solutions or processes and coordinate timely solutions.
• Back-office escalation support for Help Centre to resolve service delivery issues.
• Conduct needs analysis and coordinate training implementation.
• Review customer journey and product checks to maximize customer experience.
• Support the execution of strategic projects.
• Identify root causes for repeat issues and complaints.
• Collaborate with partner and internal teams to rectify problems in orders.
• Provide fast, comprehensive support to stakeholders with professionalism.
• Identify trends and provide weekly/monthly reporting and feedback.
