The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director with CEO-level visibility on performance and have the autonomy and resources to shape a newly defined function.

Qualifications

• Single-threaded ownership of established partnership portfolio across sectors.
• Must drive annual GWP growth, retention and new business.
• Direct reporting to MD/CEO with executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own all existing partner relationships with structured joint business planning and reviews.
• Deliver against annual GWP growth targets and ensure net income accountability to Commrisk.
• Retain at-risk partnerships, including tenders or reviews.
• Build and convert a pipeline of new partnership opportunities and onboard partners per targets.
• Negotiate terms for new partnerships including economics, exclusivity, and service model.
• Coordinate underwriting, claims and administration to ensure high-quality partner service.
• Report partnership performance to the MD and CEO on a cadence with measurable results.
