Job summary

Vodacom seeks a Partner Account Manager in Polokwane to own the partner portfolio, manage store engagements, and drive sales targets through channel partnerships. You will build productive relationships with partners, understand their needs, and translate them into Vodacom Business propositions.

Reporting on monthly and quarterly initiatives, you will develop PAPs, manage escalations, and contribute to annual sales plans.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ work experience in Sales and Service in telecom/ICT.
• Experience in Partner Channel / distribution management.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship for the partner portfolio and drive store engagements to meet sales targets.
• Develop PAPs and partner account plans to drive sales and opportunities.
• Maintain regular communications with partners and internal teams to align on plans and forecasts.
• Manage escalated partner and customer complaints from a service perspective.
• Support credit control in recovering overdue payments and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
