Job summary

Bsure Insurance Advisors seeks motivated sales consultants at our Bedfordview head office to quote clients, build dealer relationships and drive growth. Fluency in Afrikaans is a plus, with strong negotiation and communication skills to convert leads into sales.

Ideal candidates will have Matric, RE5 and FAIS credits. You will work from our head office in Bedfordview, meeting daily call targets and updating the Cura system with client information.

Qualifications

• Matric is mandatory.
• RE5 certification is advantageous.
• FAIS credits show regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and quote clients.
• Contact dealers to build relationships and increase leads.
• Meet minimum daily call targets and add new dealers.
• Update Cura with all client interactions and data daily.
• Liaise with Underwriting to underwrite policies.
• Perform daily admin tasks and attend LD training monthly.

We are looking for resilient, dynamic sales consultants to join our ever-growing team at the head office in Bedfordview.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining Relationships with Dealers
• Quoting Clients
• To contact dealers and ensure relationship building to increase the number of leads

received and ultimately sales made.

• Meeting minimum daily call targets.
• Adding new dealers to dealer book.
• Adding new dealers on CURA.
• Maintaining relationships with new and current dealers through calls, emails and via
• WhatsApp.
• Gathering information from clients in order to provide them with insurance quotes.
• Explain to customers about new products and benefits, ensure all knowledge of
• insurance products are up to date.
• Selling the relevant quote to the client and assisting them in making an informed
• decision regarding their insurance cover.
• Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion.
• Liaising with Underwriting: make sure the client has been transferred to Underwriting
• to get the policy underwritten.
• Ensure that all admin is completed daily.
• At all times, update Cura with all details pertaining to last conversation with client.
• LD test - attending training and passing tests on a monthly basis.
• Perform all other assigned duties.

The successful applicant must have:

• A valid South African ID
• Matric

Advantageous:

• RE5
• Within DOFA or fully qualified with RE5 and credits
• Experience within the short-term insurance industry
• Dealer business experience
