Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Oversee daily operations including logistics, supply chain, customer service, and facility management.
• Mentor a diverse team of operational staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate operations with sales, marketing, and finance.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for the operations department.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues.
