Placements24 is seeking a Project Operations Manager based in Kimberley to lead the operational delivery of multiple projects. You will plan resources, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong PM skills, leadership, and experience with PM tools, plus a PMP or similar certification. Hybrid work model and opportunities for certifications are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role with a strong operational focus.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
