Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an highly organized Operations and Compliance Manager for our Kimberley facility. This role oversees daily operations while ensuring strict regulatory adherence to maintain ethical and legal standards in the Northern Cape.

A proactive leader will streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and uphold high quality across all operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in operations management and regulatory compliance, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience developing and monitoring compliance programs.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities for efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits to identify compliance risks and gaps.
• Lead staff training on procedures and compliance best practices.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and operational discrepancies.
• Collaborate with legal/regulatory bodies as needed, ensuring clear reporting.
