About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing enterprise in the retail sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee their extensive operations in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


• A Master's degree is advantageous.


• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.


• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.


• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control principles.


• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.


• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Proficiency in operations management software and ERP systems.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA , with a commitment to a hybrid work model.
