The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Business, with 7+ years in manufacturing operations and a proven Lean/Six Sigma track record. ERP/MES experience and strong leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production facilities and complex operations.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals related to efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are utilized effectively.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, managers, and staff.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations on the production floor.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient material flow throughout the production process.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the operations team.
