Job summary

BMW Group SA is seeking a Maintenance Planner for the Rosslyn site to anticipate and avoid delays by coordinating maintenance resources, parts and equipment access. You will report to the Painted Body Maintenance Planning Manager and drive site-wide preventive maintenance activities.

The role requires a National Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical) or a Bachelor of Engineering, plus about 2 years in a manufacturing or maintenance planning role, with SAP (STARD) experience and strong

Qualifications

2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or maintenance planning.
SAP (STARD) experience in Planned Maintenance.
Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills (RCA training is preferred).

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all planned maintenance activities at the site.
Create and maintain preventive maintenance plans, BOMs, part numbers and standard work routines in SAP.
Prepare reports and analyze data to improve plant operations.
Drive digitalization initiatives within maintenance planning.
Coordinate maintenance resources, parts and equipment access.
Support planning, scheduling and reporting to increase efficiency.
