Job summary

Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a maintenance planner to coordinate preventative and corrective activities in our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will develop detailed job plans, manage work orders, and liaise with Production and Engineering teams to minimise downtime.

Experience in SAP PM and 2–3 years in pharmaceutical maintenance is required, along with relevant trades or engineering qualifications. On-site role based in Gqeberha, South Africa.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Experience with SAP PM maintenance modules and packaging lines preferred.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing maintenance experience is required (2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
• Create detailed job plans including labour, materials and spares.
• Manage maintenance notifications, work orders and backlogs.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Plan shutdown maintenance and statutory inspections.
