Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field is required.
• Strong IT background and ability to analyze electrical systems.
• 1–3 years in quality and project steering in motor industry preferred; 3–5 years advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate requirements for components in new product lines and motor projects.
• Plan, optimize, and improve commissioning equipment and basic systems.
• Lead production capability assessments and handover to production.
• Maintain process descriptions in planning systems and ensure equipment availability.
• Document plant engineering knowledge and integrate system tech into plants.
• Support test knowledge for current and new derivatives; align with Fachteam.
• Participate in Fachteam activities and ensure test knowledge accuracy across locations.
