Broll Property Group Pty Ltd in Durban seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to orchestrate leasing operations, lead negotiations, and ensure compliant documentation while driving occupancy and budget targets across the portfolio.

You will source leads, canvass tenants, prepare leases, coordinate Capex, manage reporting, and maintain professional relationships with tenants and brokers.

The role requires 5–7 years of progressive Leasing experience and supervisory exposure.

Formación

• Matric required.
• Five to seven years leasing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of contracts, leasing, servicing and legal requirements.
• Understanding of Company default enforcement clauses.

Responsabilidades

• Source new leads and canvass for new tenants and expansion.
• Represent the Company in lease negotiations with tenants and coordinate TI.
• Prepare Leases Analysis Report and Capex documentation.
• Maintain monthly reporting and variance reporting to Portfolio.
• Coordinate leasing efforts with related departments and maintain broker relationships.
• Ensure vacancy levels are kept in line with KPIs.
