Job summary

Ellahi Consulting is seeking a Learning Design Partner in Stellenbosch (hybrid work from home). You will translate market intelligence and development needs into rigorous learning solutions and act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the learning process as a Learning Process Facilitator (LPF).

The role requires extensive experience in learning and development, adult learning principles, and ability to travel locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum postgraduate degree, preferably at master’s level.
• Formal certification in coaching or process facilitation would be advantageous.
• Registration with a professional body such as HPCSA, SABPP, or COMENSA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a learning and development market ambassador.
• Develop business through channel and client opportunities.
• Interpret market intelligence to guide learning solutions and proposals.
• Identify client and market needs through research and consultations.
• Architect integrated learning journeys aligned to client objectives and outcomes.
• Lead or support delivery as Learning Process Facilitator (LPF).
• Ensure quality, manage stakeholder expectations and secure resources.
