Qualifications

• Honours degree in Information Technology.
• 8–10 years IT experience with at least 3 years in people management.
• Knowledge of IT service management, business intelligence and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic IT projects and transformational initiatives.
• Partner with business to provide IT advisory services aligned to the organisation's strategy.
• Provide high-level technology impact analysis for fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Maintain the demand process for new proposals and steer through early approvals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key business stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Address business demand by gathering high-level technology requirements and maintaining demand/supply forecast.
• Contribute to demand planning and IT investment alignment.
• Identify demand conflicts and escalate as needed, balancing new work with existing workload.
• Direct a team of business analysts and oversee staff development and performance.
