Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computing-related field.
• MBA or Project Management qualifications are advantageous.
• 5–10 years IT experience with leadership roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, POS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects including system implementations and upgrades.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Oversee integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Ensure data consistency across multiple systems and applications.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IT team.
• Manage administration, performance and lifecycle of business-critical systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT with business goals.
• Develop IT policies, governance standards and best practices.
• Provide escalation support for complex incidents and outages.
