The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of technology experience, including a proven track record in solution-based sales and managing significant P&L responsibilities. This role requires strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to deliver large IT transformation programs and build executive relationships in the BFSI domain.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of technology experience involving entire SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience in solution-based sales and managing account P&L of > $5 Mn.
• Experience operating at CXO level and delivering value-based sales pitches.
