Job summary

EnableSA Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology and business transformation projects from initiation to implementation and review. Based in Port Elizabeth, the role focuses on delivering within scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards, with strong PMO governance and stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure successful outcomes, manage change, and drive benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business management or related field.
6+ years in IT project management.
PMP/PgMP/Agile or Scrum certifications advantageous.
Proficient with project management software.
Understanding of PMO governance and project controls.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and facilitate requirements gathering workshops.
Prepare Statements of Work, business cases and supporting project documentation.
Manage project and program demand, initiation, planning, execution and closure.
Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, goals and deliverables.
Allocate resources and coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams.
Manage timelines, budgets, people, dependencies and resource constraints.
Maintain RAID logs, dashboards and project information for real-time visibility.
Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
