The role collaborates with business and IT leaders to guide decision-making, shape demand into initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in demand management processes across multi-site operations.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in IT demand, portfolio management, business analysis, or delivery roles
• Experience in large multi-team IT environments
• Retail or multi-site experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Demand intake and prioritization: manage IT demand intake across business units through defined processes
• Assess, qualify, and prioritize demand based on strategic alignment, value, urgency, and delivery capacity
• Maintain a clear, prioritized view of IT demand and pipeline
• Business engagement and requirement shaping: work with stakeholders to shape demand into well-defined initiatives
• Set expectations on feasibility, timelines, and delivery approaches
• Planning and governance: coordinate with architecture, delivery and finance to assess demand impacts
• Support investment planning, budgeting, and portfolio governance
• Ensure demand is aligned to approved roadmaps and delivery capacity
• Visibility and reporting: provide transparency of demand status to leadership
• Continuous improvement: enhance demand management processes and reduce low-value requests
