Dis-Chem Pharmacies invites applications for a Technology Resilience Lead to design and drive the organization's strategy to keep critical IT services robust, secure, and recoverable during disruptions.

You will lead enterprise-wide resilience planning, including disaster recovery, business continuity alignment, and technology risk mitigation, partnering with technology, cybersecurity, and business leaders to embed resilience into architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of disaster recovery and continuity-of-operations capabilities.
• Oversee resilience posture assessments and remediation across infrastructure, applications, and third-party technology providers
• Establish and manage crisis response and technology incident management processes in coordination with cybersecurity and business continuity stakeholders
• Ensure technology resilience requirements are embedded into architecture standards, change management, and system development lifecycles
• Partner with business units to validate recovery requirements, conduct impact analyses, and ensure alignment with critical business services
• Lead organization-wide resilience testing, simulation exercises, and after-action reviews
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant resilience, operational risk, and cyber regulations
• Provide executive reporting that communicates resilience risks, readiness, trends, and performance metrics
• Cultivate a culture of resilience awareness through training, communications, and stakeholder engagement
