Job summary

The Globevest Group in Sandton, South Africa, is seeking an Internal Sales and Key Account Manager to drive in-house sales and manage key accounts. The role focuses on listings, order processing, stock reporting and customer service across local and cross-border customers.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or Retail Management advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day In-House Sales function and support the team.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding orders, backorders, stock shortages and orders on hold.
• Resolve order, pricing, delivery and customer queries.
• Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Buying and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and follow-through.
• Manage allocated national and strategic customers and build strong relationships.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and analyze sales data.
