Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the insurance market and its key drivers.
• Strategic thinker who identifies growth opportunities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the Vereeniging area and surrounding regions.
