Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking an Internal Account Executive for the Industrial Technical sector in Midrand. The role focuses on owning a national customer portfolio, prioritizing relationship farming over new hunting, and driving sustainable revenue growth within an existing base.

You will work in a technical/electrical environment, building deep client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and margin targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven background in a technical or electrical environment.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Bachelor's degree (non-negotiable).
• South African citizen.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of key national accounts through consultative, value-led selling.
• Develop and execute quarterly account plans that deliver against sales and margin targets.
• Build trusted relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct ongoing customer research to identify white-space opportunities and shape activity plans.
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategic supplier partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (SAP CRM advantageous).
