Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years procurement experience, with indirect spend focus.
• Strong negotiation skills; proven ability to manage supplier contracts.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in procurement software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for indirect categories, including services and operational supplies.
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure SLAs are met.
• Analyze spending patterns within indirect categories to identify cost-saving opportunities.
