You will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate favorable contracts, and build supplier relationships to drive value and compliance in a fully remote setup across South Africa, including Mahikeng and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Procurement Specialist focused on indirect spend.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, negotiation and contract management.
• Excellent analytical skills and spend analysis proficiency.
• Understanding of procurement best practices and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier research, and competitive bidding processes.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure procurement solutions meet business requirements.
• Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
