Placements24 is seeking a focused Procurement Specialist to manage the acquisition of indirect services for operations in Nelspruit. You will lead sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management across IT, marketing, HR and facilities management to drive cost efficiency and quality aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years' experience in indirect procurement, with strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement with indirect services focus.
• Proven contract negotiation, drafting and management experience.
• Strong market knowledge across service categories and supplier base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect services (IT, professional services, facilities).
• Manage procurement lifecycle for indirect spend from requisition to contract closeout.
• Conduct supplier research, RFx processes, and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and contract terms; maintain records.
