Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 6+ years of procurement experience with indirect spend focus.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and achieving substantial cost savings.
• Strong understanding of indirect procurement categories and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vereeniging, Gauteng.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for all indirect spend categories, including MRO, professional services, IT, and facilities.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and opportunities for competitive bidding.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with key suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Process purchase requisitions and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
• Monitor spend patterns and identify areas for consolidation and cost reduction.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including spend analysis and savings tracking.
