Qualifications

• Extensive purchasing/procurement management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management ability.
• Proven record in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relations.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing supply chain dynamics.
• Analytical and financial acumen with problem solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.
• Bachelors degree in SCM/BA/Engineering or related field.
• CIPS or equivalent certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for manufacturing inputs.
• Lead and mentor procurement team; set performance objectives.
• Negotiate and manage key supplier contracts for cost and quality.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Ensure timely supply of materials to meet production schedules.
• Oversee procurement of capital equipment and services.
• Maintain procurement policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Finance to align goals.
• Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
