Job summary

PepsiCo SA seeks an experienced HR leader to manage site HR strategy, employee relations, and talent programs at our Durban site. You will oversee policy development, Remuneration and benefits, and compliance while coaching managers on performance and engagement.

Responsibilities include leading HR strategy on site, driving the learning and development agenda, and coordinating talent acquisition with the COE.

Qualifications

BTech or degree in Social Sciences/HR Management/Business Management.
In-depth knowledge of generalist HR, Labour Laws, change management, and compensation & benefits.
Ability to write and review policies.
Strong report writing skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Data collection and interpretation; Computer skills.

Responsibilities

Ensuring HR strategy & key processes are well institutionalized and executed; providing full range of HR services.
Managing employee development and relations; championing fair processes and engagement.
Providing coaching to managers on HR program execution and improvements.
Leading site HR strategy implementation and setting department objectives.
Supporting site management with driving One PepsiCo Way and Learning & Development.
Leading talent acquisition initiatives with CoE team and resolving disciplinary matters.
