Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing budgets, operations and people.

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion and operational improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
