Qualifications

• B-Com or equivalent Accounting, Finance or related field qualification/ certification.
• 3-5 years experience in management accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Sage Pastel accounting software is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong understanding of VAT, tax returns, accounts preparation, bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proven managerial capability, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and business growth.
• Experience working in tourism, hospitality, or production/operational environments advantageous
