Job summary

Stonebridge HR Solutions is seeking a seasoned financial leader to manage group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and variance analysis across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with senior management and operational finance teams to drive accurate financial performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a BCom Accounting degree, SAIPA/CIMA articles, and over 10 years post-qualification experience, with strong MS Office skills and fluency in Afrikaans and English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCom Accounting or similar degree.
• Completed SAIPA or CIMA articles.
• 10 years post-article experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with a 10-member financial team.
• Sage Intacct experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

• Accurate Group Reporting & Consolidation on a monthly basis.
• Work closely with Senior Management and operational finance team.
• Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Financial Analysis – monitor performance trends, track standard versus actual costs and investigate variances.
• Compliance – company structures and yearly compliance.
• Project costings and variances in project budgeting.
• Statutory compliance (Income Tax, VAT & PAYE, withholding taxes).
