Mayfly Agri (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist in the agrochemical sector. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related agricultural field and at least 5 years in procurement.

You will oversee local and global procurement activities, manage MRP data (Neststock, Power BI), negotiate prices and terms, optimise working capital, and ensure compliance with SHERQ and regulatory requirements within a highly regulated industry.

Competenze

• Must have a National Senior Certificate (Matric) and a Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or an Agricultural field
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in procurement in a chemical or agrochemical manufacturing environment
• Experience with MRP systems and cost determination and analysis

• Overseeing local and global procurement activities including logistics

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies
• Identify cost savings and working capital improvements
• Negotiate prices and payment terms and establish supply agreements

• Ensure compliance with SHERQ and regulatory requirements
• Attend company meetings and prepare reports
