Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Generalist in Gauteng to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for diverse roles. You will source candidates, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 5 years of generalist recruitment experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required, HR experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years Generalist Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, networking to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
• Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our database.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights during the recruitment process.
