Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Fundraising Campaign Specialist to lead upcoming fundraising initiatives in Rustenburg. You will design, implement, and manage targeted campaigns to secure funding from individual donors, corporations, and foundations.

You will leverage data analytics, digital marketing, and compelling storytelling to maximize donor engagement and help achieve ambitious fundraising goals for our charity.

Qualifications

• Proven success in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
• Strong donor cultivation, stewardship and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive storytelling.
• Experience with fundraising CRM software and digital tools.
• Experience in Charity & Voluntary sector, ideally in Rustenburg area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising campaign plans with timelines and budgets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with major donors, sponsors and foundations.
• Create compelling fundraising materials, proposals and campaign collateral.
• Analyze campaign performance data and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate digital fundraising strategies.
