Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office in Stellenbosch is seeking a seasoned professional to lead funder relations and negotiate favourable terms with health funders.

This hybrid, permanent role requires 3–5 years in a similar setting; private healthcare experience is preferred. You will build strategic partnerships and monitor regulatory evolutions.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role; private healthcare / hospital experience.
• Funder environment with tariff negotiations and network development.
• Understanding of hospital operations as a business.
• Knowledge of healthcare legislation (e.g. NH Act, Medicines Act).
• Ability to negotiate and manage relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Funder relations management.
• Negotiate commercial terms with funders.
• Establish and maintain strategic business relationships.
• Identify new business development within existing structures / partnerships.
• Identify and manage risks to Mediclinic relating to funder contracts.
• Monitor and evaluate industry developments and their potential impact on the business environment within which Mediclinic operates.
