Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of Change Management models, theories and practices.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years relevant experience

• 5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry; preferably within Mediclinic

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.
• Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis
• Mediclinic culture, climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level
• Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels
• Business Acumen
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / Powerpoint/Outlook)
