MVG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fund Manager in Johannesburg to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a key client account within a regulated environment. You will drive client retention, growth and top-tier service while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will engage with Boards and senior leadership, manage budgets and oversee service delivery, contributing to sustainable client performance and market insights.

Formación

• Healthcare/clinical qualification with business management preference.
• Minimum 5 years in senior-level Fund Management.
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare Funding, Insurance, or Retirement Funds.
• Proven experience engaging with Boards, Trustees and Executive Leadership.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Fund Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a key client account within a highly regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships, driving client retention and growth, ensuring governance and compliance, and delivering exceptional client service while supporting the long-term sustainability of the client portfolio.

This role requires a commercially astute relationship manager with strong strategic, operational and financial management capabilities, as well as experience engaging with Boards and senior leadership teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Healthcare/ Clinical qualification, coupled with qualification in Business Management preferred
• Minimum 5 years' senior-level Fund Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years' Financial Services, Healthcare Funding, Insurance, or Retirement Fund industry experience.
• Proven experience engaging with Boards, Trustees and Executive Leadership.
