Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of proven freight forwarding sales experience (sea and air).
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, global trade, and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to hunt, close, and retain key accounts.

• Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track progress in CRM systems.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements.
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to enhance performance.
• Update customer SOPs and ensure accurate documentation.
