Job summary

MAZIV Group in Randburg, SA, is seeking an FP&A and Treasury Manager to lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury operations, ensuring liquidity and value creation.

The role partners with executives to deliver insightful financial analysis, robust BI reporting (Power BI), and ongoing process improvements in governance, controls, and automation. You will drive working capital optimization and provide board-ready commentary.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in FP&A, commercial finance, treasury, or business partnering roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and treasury management.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop long-term financial plans and strategic models.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
• Develop, maintain and improve BI reporting and overview.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Investigate budget versus actual variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and financial commentary for Executive Management, Exco, and Board meetings.
• Support capital expenditure evaluation and return-on-investment analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitization of financial reporting processes.
