Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a commercially minded finance professional with FP&A and treasury expertise to own financial planning, performance reporting, cash flow optimisation, and treasury operations in Bryanston, Johannesburg North.

The role combines financial modelling, forecasting, liquidity management and business partnering with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth, improve profitability, and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A, commercial finance, treasury, or financial business partnering.
• Demonstrable experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, treasury operations, and working capital optimisation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence and reporting tools; Power BI would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including detailed budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
