Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner in Randburg to advise senior leaders, influence profitability and strategy, and lead FP&A across multiple units. You will drive pricing, proposals, and governance, while guiding a growing finance team to deliver accurate forecasts in a dynamic, people-intensive environment.

The role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and opportunities to shape financial strategy within a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant finance degree or professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent).
• Senior Finance Business Partner or similar leadership experience.
• Strong business partnering to influence executive decisions.
• Experience supporting pricing, tenders, and RFP submissions.
• Advanced FP&A: planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to senior business leaders with actionable financial insights.
• Partner with operations to influence profitability and strategy.
• Lead FP&A including planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting across units.
• Develop and optimise financial processes, controls and governance.
• Drive commercial solution development, pricing strategies and business cases for opportunities.
• Support tender submissions, proposals, and RFP processes.
• Monitor performance and recommend actions to improve revenue, margins, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with workforce planning to manage headcount and labour costs.
• Lead and develop finance team across transactional and management functions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and financial control in a dynamic environment.
