Boardroom Appointments is assisting a leading financial services organisation in Johannesburg to recruit a Finance Business Partner II. This role partners with senior stakeholders to drive financial insight and strategic decision-making.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and strengthening financial controls within Corporate & Investment Banking. The ideal candidate has CA(SA)/CIMA consideration and extensive FP&A experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Finance.
• Relevant experience in financial management, financial analysis and management reporting.
• CA(SA) or CIMA is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and analyse variances.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports with commentary.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance.
• Engage and influence stakeholders to drive decisions.
