Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or CFA is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyse monthly financial results, identify key performance drivers, and explain variances.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost analysis, and ROI analysis for various business initiatives.
• Support the annual budgeting process and provide guidance to department heads.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities and strategic projects.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
