Job summary

Inhancesc is seeking a senior Fleet Management Specialist to lead technical fleet analysis across client operations. You will improve fleet reliability, utilisation and cost efficiency through vehicle selection, maintenance, fuel and tyre management, and by translating fleet data into practical improvement recommendations.

The role focuses on analysing fleet performance, advising on optimal asset use, and implementing cost-control strategies across diverse fleets within the Supply Chain

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and best practices.
Experience in maintenance scheduling and cost control for mixed fleets.
Ability to analyse vehicle performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
Familiarity with fleet telematics, fuel management and tyre management.

Responsibilities

Develop preventive maintenance strategies for trucks, vans, cars, forklifts and other assets.
Assess vehicle options based on whole‑life costs and operational needs.
Analyse fleet costs (fuel, tyres, maintenance) and identify efficiency gains.
Provide input on supplier selection, maintenance, tyre and fuel services.
Prepare periodic fleet performance reports for management and clients.
