Fourways office-based Finance Manager role overseeing full finance function across multiple entities, with focus on accuracy, compliance, and improvements.

Key duties include payroll oversight, VAT, SARS submissions, audits, and producing board-ready financial reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in senior finance, and strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills. Salary R50,000–R60,000 CTC per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related qualification.
• Xero experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
• Experience managing the full finance function for multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of management accounts, Annual Financial Statements and audits.
• Extensive experience with SARS submissions, VAT, PAYE, EMP201, EMP501, IRP5 and CIPC.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration will be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting Directors across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function across multiple entities.
• Oversee debtors, creditors, banking, asset management, journals and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and monthly financial reporting.
• Review monthly management accounts.
• Assist with Annual Financial Statements and year-end audits.
• Lead, mentor and support the finance and administration team.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and HR administration when required.
• Coordinate IT assets, software licensing and technology procurement.
