JVR Software is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to lead the full financial function across multiple entities in South Africa. You will prepare monthly management accounts, drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and oversee audits and statutory reporting.

You will manage VAT, income tax, group consolidation, and regulatory submissions, while mentoring the finance team and partnering with executives on strategic growth.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and leading finance teams.
• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Manager, Group Financial Manager or similar leadership role.
• Industry exposure in Healthcare, Construction, Investments, Property or Hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience working within a dynamic, fast-changing business environment.
• Strong financial modelling, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience dealing with high volumes of financial transactions.
• Strong systems knowledge, with experience on ERP and accounting platforms.
• Ability to engage confidently with executives, directors, and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to be involved in operational detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the full financial function across multiple entities
• Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Manage annual audits, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements
• Oversee VAT, income tax, and other regulatory submissions
• Assist with group consolidation and annual financial statements
• Monitor and enhance key financial and operational performance indicators
• Conduct financial modelling and profitability analysis on new and existing projects
• Review and approve creditor payments and financial transactions
• Manage development project drawdowns and project-related financial reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance
• Partner with executive management on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
• Continuously improve financial controls, processes, and reporting structures
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information to stakeholders
