You will report to the Group CFO and oversee finance across multiple operating entities, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls.

The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial modelling, while coordinating audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years post-articles experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and controls.
• Experience across multiple entities or units.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Audits and statutory reporting experience.
• ERP systems and Excel capability.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close and consolidated group reporting.
• Prepare management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide analysis on performance, variances and risks.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting and working capital reporting.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate year-end reporting and audits.
• Develop financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Partner with senior leadership on performance.
• Support banking, funding and facility requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.
• Lead finance resources across the group.
