Job summary

Advantage 360’s SpatialNetworX unit seeks a Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, drive strategy, and ensure robust governance. You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team and CEO to develop plans, forecasts, and scalable financial processes that support growth and project execution.

You will lead the Finance team, manage risk, ensure IFRS reporting, and drive improvements in profitability and cash flow while maintaining strong compliance and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance teams and strategic financial planning.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance and IFRS reporting.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance team and drive succession planning.
• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and governance across the BU.
• Develop operational and financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on risk and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in cash flow and profitability.
